We're so confident your dog will love The Dog Shake that we offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee on every first purchase.
If you're not completely satisfied, simply contact us within 30 days of your order being delivered and we'll work with you to make it right.
Eligibility
To be eligible for the guarantee:
- The guarantee applies only to The Dog Shake purchased directly from itskibbletime.com.au.
- Your request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Proof of purchase (such as your order number or confirmation email) is required.
- The guarantee is limited to one refund per household.
How to Make a Claim
Email hello@itskibbletime.com with:
- Your order number
- Your dog's name (optional)
- A brief explanation of why The Dog Shake wasn't the right fit
Our team will review your request and respond as quickly as possible.
Refunds
If your claim is approved:
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Returns for Faulty or Damaged Products
We take great care when preparing every order. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging, where applicable
Once we've reviewed your claim, we'll arrange an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, refund, or store credit.
Change of Mind
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, except where covered by The Dog Shake 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee or where required under the Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in this policy excludes, limits or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law.
